Juni 2011 feierte das UNICEF-Team Mainburg sein 10-j\u00e4hriges Jubil\u00e4um mit einem bunten Unterhaltungsprogramm im LSK-Theater Mainburg. Dezember 1946 gegr\u00fcndet wurde, um Kindern in Europa nach dem Zweiten Weltkrieg zu helfen. Heute arbeitet das Kinderhilfswerk vor allem in Entwicklungsl\u00e4ndern und unterst\u00fctzt in ca. 160 Staaten Kinder und M\u00fctter.<\/p>\n<p><strong>UNICEF &#8211; Team Mainburg<\/strong><br \/>\nDas UNICEF-Team Mainburg ist Teil der Gruppe Landshut\/Passau und trifft sich regelm\u00e4\u00dfig einmal im Monat. Mit UNICEF-Ausstellungen, Konzerten, Lesungen, der Teilnahme an Mainburger Events, Kinderprogrammen etc. versucht das Team, die \u00d6ffentlichkeit \u00fcber Ziele und Projekte des Kinderhilfswerks der Vereinten Nationen zu informieren und zum Spenden anzuregen.
